Responsibilities:
Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals Evaluate the team's sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needsConsistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunitiesRigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growthAlways be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customersGather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homesRigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growthProvide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volumeCreate written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing processKeep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding communityMeet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet their needs and sell them a homeProspecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new businessWork with clients to stage, price, and market homesRespond to customers' calls, emails, and web requestsFollow up with all leads to schedule listing appointmentsHandle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick salesConduct lead follow up activities to create new business as needed
Qualifications:
Displays a proven track record of sales success Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field 3
