We're looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals.

Responsibilities:
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget We use a unique team system that allows you to focus on the aspects of the job that you love!Meet with buyers and sellers that our inside sales agents set up appointments
Qualifications:
Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred Must have a valid U.
