Located in a town filled with charm and rich in character, Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is an acute care hospital and 21 clinics serving communities from the Mendocino coast to Lake County.
In addition to standard acute services, Adventist Health Ukiah Valley has a level IV trauma center, maternity and level II intensive care nursery services, an extensive physical rehabilitation program, outpatient surgery and diagnostic center and an advanced wound care center.
Its network of clinics include primary care and specialty care, from internal medicine, gastroenterology and urology to otolaryngology.
Ukiah is situated just two hours north of San Francisco and 45 minutes from the Pacific Coast, Ukiah is also filled with terrific scenery, outdoor activities, and a beautifully restored historic downtown, where freedom of expression is a tradition and a way of life.
We're looking for someone to join our team as a Performance Improvement Professional who:
Leads, facilitates, executes, coaches, consults and educates process improvement teams.
Supports the organization's transformation to a continuously improving organization.
Coaches directors and managers in all aspects of performance improvement methods and tools.
Has substantial understanding of techniques, processes, procedures to perform the job and seeks to complete tasks in creative and effective ways.
Works on activities of a diverse scope requiring minimal interpretation of policies and guidelines.
Essential Functions:
Manages, leads, coaches and facilitates performance improvement methodologies.
Integrates stakeholders into the improvement process utilizing the Change Acceleration Process.
Translates the theory and science of continuous improvement and innovation into the practical methods that achieve sustainable results.
Integrates process analysis into problem recognition and correction.
Designs experiments and small tests of change in order to test improvement hypothesis.
Promotes the development of a process improvement competency within the organization.
Supports the development and delivery of process improvement educational materials.
Coaches participants.
Works with leaders to share success and create a common language of improvement and fidelity in the utilization tools.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
